Responsible for managing & maintaining footwear samples amongst all internal channels, wholesale customers, international subsidiaries, and global distributors. Working along side the footwear innovation team & collaborating with any internal teams to deliver sample related data or status reporting, and troubleshoot any sample related issues that may arise. Maintaining the physical sample library & the material/technology reference materials. Manage and facilitate both internal & external wear testing, managing the participants, administer the testing, collect the testing data & creating the test reports for the Development team.
